About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Data Analysts with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in data interpretation and reporting. This role is open for freshers with strong skills and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights
• Interpret trends and patterns to support business decision-making
• Work closely with business, product, and technical teams
• Build data visualizations and analytical summaries
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Present findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively

Required Skills

For Freshers

• Strong knowledge of Excel / Advanced Excel
• Basic understanding of SQL / MySQL
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

For 2–10+ Years Experience

• Strong expertise in Power BI / Tableau / Data Studio
• Advanced proficiency in SQL & Excel
• Experience in data modeling, data visualization & reporting
• Hands-on experience with Python / R (preferred)
• Experience in business analytics, forecasting & KPI analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder handling skills

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Freshers with strong skills & communication are eligible
• Candidates with 2–10+ years experience are welcome
• Must be comfortable working in a fully remote environment
