Position Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer to help develop and prototype new sewn products. This role works closely with our production team to turn ideas into functional, manufacturable designs. Relocation to the Mountain Home, Arkansas area is required for this position.
Responsibilities
· Create and refine product prototypes
· Develop patterns (manual or digital)
· Select appropriate materials and hardware
· Build samples using industrial sewing equipment
· Prepare clear specs for production
· Assist with product testing and improvements
Qualifications
· Experience in prototyping and pattern-making
· Sewing skills with industrial equipment
· Strong understanding of textiles and materials
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· CAD pattern experience is a plus
