Senior Systems Engineer (Wireless, RF, Embedded Systems) - Abu Dhabi

Senior System Test Engineer / Systems Engineer (Wireless, RF & Embedded Systems)

A leading advanced technology organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior System Engineer to create and maintain comprehensive system requirements and technical specifications documents such as design specs, architecture diagrams, API docs.

This is a full time, onsite role based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute system integration, testing, and validation for wireless communication platforms
• Apply solid knowledge of RF design fundamentals and antenna technologies
• Work confidently with wireless standards and protocols such as Wi-Fi (802.11), Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, and cellular
• Demonstrate strong understanding of embedded systems across hardware, software, and RTL domains
• Leverage familiarity with hardware security modules (HSM), secure boot mechanisms, and trusted execution environments (TEE)
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the overall system architecture

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical or related field; Masters degree or PhD in relevant field - highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in system engineering or embedded systems development
• 5+ years of experience with wireless communication technologies (E.g: WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE,
• 5G, Tactical WaveForm)
• 3+ years of experience in secure communication systems and cryptographic implementations
• Strong experience in hardware–software integration and system architecture design
• Demonstrated background working in regulated or high-reliability industries such as defense, aerospace, medical, automotive, or secure communications
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and drive collaboration across cross-functional engineering teams
