ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team. The SEO Specialist is key to delivering the off-page strategy for all LeoVegas brands. SEO in the Gaming industry is competitive, so this team is always kept on their toes when it comes to keeping all brands optimised.
We are now on the lookout for intelligent, capable and creative candidates who are excited by this challenge and an overall awesome person to join our fantastic team!
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Work with your manager to identify and review potential websites for outreach
- Work and liaise with external agencies, freelancers and other internal teams to execute off-page strategies and PR campaigns
- Conduct backlink audits for different markets
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement within backlink profile
- Identifying the best keywords and pages to optimise through outreach
- Monitor and maintain the health of the existing backlink profile and rankings for different markets and sites
- Work with other teams to make sure all execution and activities are aligned
- Perform disavow tasks to maintain backlink profile health
- Execute outreach campaigns and keep track of the budget
- Stays updated with regulatory requirements and ensure our SEO and guest post content activities use compliant language and techniques
- Demonstrate creativity to execute backlinks to have better guest posts and deliver a good contextual linkage
- Sense of ownership to make sure all deliverables related with link building are actioned accurately
- Responsible for onboarding and training of new hires
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Good command of the English language
- Very good knowledge of off-page techniques
such as understanding of IPs, subnets and third party link metrics such as Trust flow, Citation flow and domain rating
- Experience working in the Gaming Industry and a good understanding of online casino
- Experience working with SEO tools such as Majestic, Ahrefs, Wincher, Semrush, Google Search Console, etc. will be considered a plus
- Great communication skills to be able to coordinate and liaise with different agencies and teams
- Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Reporting skills to present audits and analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about SEO and willing to learn new skills
