KEY INFORMATION: Civil and steelwork experience in design, Energy industry experience required (Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Offshore…), Nuclear preferred, PDMS/E3D and Autocad. (ALL APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING THESE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED) LOCATION: Bristol. The Civil and Steelwork CAD Designer creates the PDMS model and produces 2D and 3D deliverables based on the input data provided and in accordance with the applicable design procedures and instructions. The Civil and Steelwork CAD Designer is assigned to the Civil CAD discipline team and their activity is coordinated by the Building model manager or discipline expert lead. The designer will work closely with the Engineers who are responsible for the layout and design studies and will provide input data as well as finial reviewing the works of Civil and Steelwork CAD Designers. EXPERTISE: Creating and modifying of the PDMS 3D-Model, by modelling Civil concrete and components within steelwork arrangements. According to the input data and drawings provided and ensuring that the tractability is maintained throughout the model, Creating and modifying of 2D AutoCAD Drawings, In the event of any technical problems or deviations, the CAD Designer informs the Building Layout/Civil Leader, offers technical advice and makes corrections to the 3D model. Produces 2D drawings associated with layout engineering (general layout drawing division into fire safety zones, etc.), Performing of 2D & 3D Checks. WHY JOIN SEIMAF?
