Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, translate requirements into actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams

Create process flows, user stories, BRDs, and FRDs

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Support solution design, UAT, and implementation phases

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools

Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL (basic to intermediate), Jira, Confluence, or similar

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field

⭐ Nice to Have
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Domain experience in [Finance / Healthcare / IT / E-commerce – customize as needed]
