We’re looking for a strategic and technically proficient IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, systems, and technology initiatives. If you have experience managing IT teams, ensuring system security, and optimizing IT operations in a remote-first environment, this role is a great fit.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
• Oversee IT operations, including hardware, software, and cloud services
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with regulations
• Lead IT projects and technology implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals
• Monitor IT performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and contracts
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to IT team members
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
• Experience managing IT teams and projects
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or Microsoft/AWS certifications are a plus
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
