Senior UX Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer who loves digging into existing websites, spotting friction, and making smart, thoughtful improvements. This is a contract, fully remote role. Colorado-based designers are strongly preferred.

What you’ll be doing

• Evaluate existing websites to identify UX issues, usability gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Turn insights into clear, actionable UX recommendations
• Design and redesign user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Maintain consistency and polish across UX systems and experiences
• Clearly explain design decisions and tradeoffs

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of hands-on UX design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma (this is a must)
• Strong grasp of usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Highly self-directed. You’re comfortable owning work, managing your time, and moving projects forward without constant oversight
• Clear, concise communicator who works well in a remote environment

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing, content, or conversion-focused websites
• Familiarity with analytics, CRO, or UX research
• Based in Colorado for occasional collaboration
