Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate raw client input into cinematic, story-driven motion designs aligned with brand standards.
• Develop creative concepts, visual references, and direction for motion projects.
• Produce high-quality animations and motion graphics for marketing and digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to refine and deliver compelling visual content.
• Maintain brand consistency while incorporating innovative design techniques and smooth transitions.
• Use tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; explore AI tools such as MidJourney or Runway to enhance creativity.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in motion design with a portfolio showcasing animation and video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience a plus.
• Strong design sensibility with a clear understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to push creative boundaries.
