Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure our cloud environment is secure, scalable, and highly available.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Automate cloud deployments and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions into applications and workflows.
• Ensure security best practices are followed and implement necessary safeguards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure automation and management tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 USD per annum (commensurate with experience)
