Equity-Based Co-Founder (Mobile App Developer)

Edbirds is a global youth empowerment platform connecting students and young professionals with skills, mentorship, entrepreneurship programs, and international opportunities. Built on modern technology, Edbirds aims to simplify youth engagement, collaboration, and skill-building across borders.

Role Description:

We are offering an Equity-Based Co-Founder (Mobile App Developer) role for Edbirds, fully remote.

As a co-founder, you will:

• Lead the development, design, and scaling of the Edbirds mobile application
• Build clean, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions
• Collaborate with the founding team on technical and strategic decisions
• Ensure the platform delivers a seamless user experience for youth and mentors
• Represent the technical vision and contribute to product growth and innovation
• Help launch the platform in its prototype stage, before fundraising
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter/React Native)
• Understanding of backend integration, APIs, and scalable architecture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
• Experience in research, sales, or marketing is a plus for product growth insights
• Passion for technology and youth empowerment
• Prior entrepreneurial or co-founder experience is an advantage

This is a purely equity-based role, offering co-founder ownership.
