What you will do:
• Ensure that marketing campaign delivery processes across all involved functions are driven by data, aligned with marketing strategy, and business objectives/OKRs.
• Conduct brief analysis and initial assessment as part of the campaign planning process.
• Optimize processes such as briefing, centralization, automation, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Manage stakeholders across various teams within the business.
• Coordinate activities across different verticals within the organization to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Manage workflows related to marketing compliance to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• Manage the events calendar and ensure timely submission of briefs to align with existing SLAs.
• Model our core values and behaviours, leading by example.
Who you are:
• You have experience in coordinating campaigns or projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and business objectives.
• You are able to analyze data and insights to drive campaign planning and optimization.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders across various teams within the organization effectively.
• You have experience in coordinating activities across different verticals within the organization to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• You have knowledge of marketing compliance regulations and policies, with the ability to manage workflows to ensure adherence.
• You are able to manage the events calendar and ensure timely submission of briefs to meet SLAs.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira for organizing and tracking campaign activities.
• Proficiency in calendar management tools like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook for managing the events calendar.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams for facilitating collaboration and communication across teams.
