Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Total CollectR (a product of Total AI Systems Inc.) is a SaaS startup is on a mission to revolutionize the debt collection industry using AI-driven automation, customer-centric design and scalable digital experiences. Our platform is used by enterprises to manage debt collections, and design plays a core role in shaping trust, clarity, and usability across workflows.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) who will own the end-to-end design experience across our web application. This role is focused on high-quality interface design, scalable component systems, and user-centered workflows. You will work closely with product manager, engineers, customer teams, and leadership to translate concepts into intuitive interfaces and maintain a cohesive visual system across the product.

Your primary tool is Figma, and your output will drive the future visual and interaction language of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process from problem definition to high-fidelity output
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI screens in Figma
• Develop and maintain a scalable Design System and reusable component library
• Conduct and incorporate user research, usability feedback, and data insights into design iterations
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate front-end implementation
• Work with product managers to define requirements, edge cases, and interaction states
• Advocate for design quality, clarity, accessibility, and experience consistency
• Contribute to product discovery and long-term UX strategy for enterprise workflows

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally for SaaS or complex web products
• Solid foundation in UX/UI principles and design processes
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
• Strong foundation in visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and UI clarity
• Ability to simplify complex product workflows into intuitive interactions
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design System
• Understanding of responsive patterns and web constraints
• Strong communication and feedback exchange skills
• Ability to collaborate asynchronously and work with distributed teams

Nice to Have

• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS to support smoother dev handoff
• Experience designing enterprise dashboards, workflow tools, or admin systems
