Data Center Technician / Technical Support Engineer

With our headquarters in Germany and an international office in Dubai, we operate complex and high-availability IT infrastructures. To strengthen our data center teams at our German headquarters, we are looking for Data Center Technicians / Technical Support Engineers (m/f/d) to support daily operations in our data centers in Dresden. German language skills are welcome, but not mandatory. What matters most is your technical mindset and reliability. A relocation to Germany is required.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor server and network infrastructure and respond to incidents
• Analyze and resolve system, network, or hardware-related issues
• Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements
• Support customers via ticket system, email, and phone
• Maintain and optimize server operations
• Document incidents, work processes, and changes
• Work in rotating shifts including night, weekend, and holiday availability
  

Your Profile

• Completed training in IT (e.g. IT Specialist, System Technician, Administrator) or comparable experience
• Basic to solid knowledge of Linux and networking
• First experience with server systems, hosting environments
• Experience with PHP and MySQL is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset and reliable work attitude
• High awareness of data protection and IT security
• Willingness to work shifts including night and weekend schedules
• Fluent in English
• German is nice to have, but not required
• Experience with system networks is sufficient, data center experience is a strong plus, not a must
