About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Principal UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our next-generation SaaS applications. This pivotal role involves spearheading the user experience and interface design for digital twin, simulation, and operational dashboard solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in enterprise product design, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact, user-centered designs in complex technical environments. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and innovative interfaces that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to influence products used across vital industries and to work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and software development.
Qualifications

• 14+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience in design leadership roles, especially within enterprise SaaS or IaaS environments.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of product design projects, including digital twin, simulation, analytics, or data visualization tools.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) to inform design decisions.
• Deep expertise in visual design principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise-level SaaS dashboards or operational applications.
• Ability to mentor and lead design teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI tools, generative design technologies, and data-driven design approaches is a plus.
• Related BA/BS degree preferred but not mandatory.

• Advocate for AI-enhanced, data-driven design methodologies and facilitate adoption of innovative tools and workflows.
• Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, especially within simulation and analytics domains.
