Role Overview

We are looking for a true Senior Android Developer — someone who can take full ownership of the entire Android application.

This is not a role for mid-levels, juniors, or developers who want to "learn on the job."

If you are juggling another full-time job or side gig, do not apply — we require full dedication.

You must have a proven history of building complex, scalable, consumer-facing apps — not simple CRUD or school-level projects.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain a high-performance Android app using Kotlin (100%).
• Implement clean architecture, modular codebases, MVVM/MVI, and reactive state management.
• Manage real-time features (sockets, live game updates, push notifications).
• Handle wallet operations, secure transactions, and sensitive user flows.
• Build real-time capabilities with efficient caching & background sync.
• Optimize performance, eliminate crashes, and ensure smooth user experience.
• Write production-grade, testable code with unit and UI tests.
• Own the Play Store pipeline: release management, versioning, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to ship fast without sacrificing quality.

Required Senior-Level Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Do NOT apply if you cannot confidently demonstrate all of the following:

• 5+ years of professional Android development with shipped real-world apps.
• Expert-level Kotlin knowledge — not beginners transitioning from Java.
• Strong expertise in:
• Coroutines, Flows, Channels
• Jetpack Compose
• Clean Architecture + modularization
• MVVM or MVI
• Experience building real-time features (WebSockets/Firebase).
• Strong experience with secure storage, encryption, and wallet-like flows.
• Ability to structure large-scale applications for performance and reliability.
• Evidence of solving memory leaks, ANRs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
• Comfort working independently without hand-holding.

If your experience is mostly tutorials, cloning GitHub apps, or basic UI projects, this role is not for you.

Non-Negotiables

• Full-time focus — no second job, no freelancing, no flexible split.
• Clear, structured communication and documentation.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end without waiting for instructions.
• High personal standards for quality, speed, and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-traffic consumer apps (50k+ users).
• Fintech, betting, or gaming background.
• Familiarity with analytics, crash reporting, and feature flags.
• Experience mentoring mid/junior devs.
