Job Description
We are collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Finnish-speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their Lisbon office. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model and is based in the Anjos office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement optimization solutions by building campaigns for high-value advertising customers.
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions.
- Gather and analyze data at both account and campaign levels.
- Create reports to support or aid optimization strategies.
- Use optimization techniques aligned with customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video.
- Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies.
- Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
- Fluent in Finnish, both oral and written and fluent in English.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing roles.
- Experience working in a B2B environment with active use of digital/internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.).
- AdWords Search fundamentals certified (considered an advantage).
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- Technologically savvy with a strong interest in new digital marketing trends.
- Ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy information.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a constant focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
