We’re already supporting AI startups, product companies & global engineering teams by scaling their backend, AI, and DevOps teams rapidly.

Now — we’re building our own AI hiring platform, and we’re looking for our Founding Frontend Engineer to lead the user experience and shape our core product interface.

🎨 Founding Frontend Engineer (2–4 Years Experience | Remote)

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Build beautiful, fast, and responsive user interfaces for our AI hiring platform
• Lead the frontend architecture — components, styling, state management
• Translate product requirements into smooth user journeys
• Work closely with design & product to ship polished UI/UX
• Integrate APIs, AI-driven features, and real-time workflows
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
• Ship fast — weekly releases, continuous improvement
• Make key decisions on tooling, frameworks & frontend strategy
• Own the frontend from 0 → 1 → scale

✅ You’ll Be Great at This If You:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in frontend development
• Are strong with React / Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI patterns
• Understand clean component architecture & reusable design systems
• Have experience integrating APIs & building dynamic dashboards
• Have a strong eye for design and user experience
• Can work independently and take ownership of end-to-end features
• Have a product-first mindset — care about usability, not just code

⚡ Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with Tailwind CSS, Zustand, Redux, or similar
• Built dashboards, internal tools, or B2B SaaS products
• Worked with real-time updates (websockets), auth flows, or AI tools
• Have a strong portfolio / GitHub showcasing UI work
• Love designing micro-interactions, fast prototypes & pixel-perfect screens
