WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
The current evolution of payload technology and the deployment of constellations (in some cases with thousands of satellites) to provide global internet access, together with the integration of satellite and terrestrial infrastructures for 5G and IoT, require ground-based software systems to efficiently manage payload configuration and maximise transmission capacity. In this context, GMV embarks on the development of cutting-edge and reference solutions.
In our team you will participate in
international projects integrated in our development teams working with agile SCRUM methodology . You will be responsible for
defining system-level solutions in the context of satellite communications, analysing customer needs and providing innovative solutions .
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position we are looking for
telecommunications engineers to join our strong team in the area of ground control centres for the
development of software products and operational solutions of the new generation of satellite communications.
We need you to have knowledge in:
- Programming languages for web technologies (Node.js and Angular, Vue, React, Javascript). Other languages such as Java or C++ will be an asset.
- Software Engineering/Architecture
- Linux, Virtualisation, Microservices, Databases or Cloud concepts
- Experience in development environments, methodologies and good programming practices
- Good level of English (minimum B2)
