Do you want to use your product marketing skills to do something good for humanity? Do you want to feel that you are part of something that's driven not by personal ambition but by a life-saving mission? At Cellular Origins, we are creating something to be truly proud of. Because cell therapies can cure devastating and previously untreatable diseases like cancer by re-programming a patient's immune system.
You'll be the link between customers, potential investors, partners and our product. This means you'll get to influence the people who could elevate interest and demand for our system to a global scale.
You'll get to work directly with the Cellular Origins exec leadership team in this newly created role. So, it's a chance to build on the work of our external marketing partners and make this role your own. It also means you'll be in control of the entire marketing channel mix, including the website, events, sponsorship opportunities, social media, PR, webinars, and email/digital comms. It's about forming the strategy and then delivering the tactics. So, this isn't a role for the specialists, but if you value variety, pace, and control, you'll thrive here.
You'll oversee the marketing budget and cost management, and as we meet our sales objectives, your team will grow to build on your success.
Your stakeholders will be Scientists and Engineers. They're thinkers and doers - solving incredibly complex problems through careful analysis and critical thinking. So, you'll get to negotiate, translate, and deliver marketing messaging by building strong internal working relationships. The culture here is built on collaboration - brilliant people helping each other out - and you'll feel the benefit of that support from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and leading the marketing and brand strategy, with a view to supporting BD and helping to build commercial partnerships
- Day-to-day delivery of the marketing activities and campaigns
- Marketing budget and cost management
- Defining and reporting on key marketing and brand metrics and ROI
- Brand management and ownership. Cellular Origins is a relatively new brand, so this is about getting traction, fulfilling our ambition, and spotting the opportunities
- Selection, onboarding and management of suppliers such as PR agencies, designers, events companies and trade bodies

- Believe in being customer-centric and benefit-led, from one end of the funnel to the other.
- Like to ponder how to develop enriched content and enhanced touchpoints that will drive your marketing flywheel
