As Senior CRM Manager, you’re part of our high performing CRM team which owns push and email channels for Zalando. Our CRM team envisions the future where every owned interaction across the customer lifecycle is a tailored journey and a delightful moment for the customer. This is guided by a) solid technology landscape, b) a unified foundation of data-driven decisioning, and c) well thought marketing strategy which addresses regional nuances, relevant and inspiring content. We seek to build a CRM reach that reflects an unwavering commitment to our customers and partners.
In this exciting new role you will also work with the commercial, product and engineering team to work towards developing and executing a strong CRM strategy .

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
We would define the scope of role into 4 broad categories:
Strategy:
Definition and implementation of CRM strategies and digital customer journeys in the close integration of business requirements and software solutions
Campaign Management:
Designing, executing and optimising email and push campaigns across the customer funnel from acquisition to retention to reactivation.
Working with the local country teams to understand their market requirements and support these initiatives through CRM sendings.
Data & A/B testing:
Own and drive new and existing CRM initiatives with insightful data driven behavior.
You would focus on customer centric KPIs (unsubscription%, CTR%, retention rate etc.) to evaluate and optimise campaign performance.
Focus on A/B testing to continuously optimise the campaigns to improve customer experience and journey.
MarTech: Looking at automation to optimise campaign set-up and reducing operational efforts. Focus would be to reduce operational efforts while not compromising on impact and customer KPIs
