Junior Full-Stack Developer

Datapina B.V. is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our fully remote and fast-growing team!

We build a variety of sports, social media, and data-driven applications. We’re looking for a motivated developer who can contribute to both web and mobile projects and is comfortable working in an Agile environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Work on mobile and web-based projects using Flutter/Dart, Flask, and Firebase.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack features for live production apps.

• Collaborate with designers, QA, and product owners to deliver smooth user experiences.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development quality and efficiency.

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn across both front-end and back-end.

• Basic experience in Flutter/Dart, Flask, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with Firebase, REST APIs, and modern UI/UX principles.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Ready to take ownership of problems and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in using AI tools and crafting effective prompts to enhance development workflow.

• A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and remote setup.

• Flexible working mindset — this is not a standard 9-to-5 role. Some projects may require live support or quick attention during evenings or weekends.
