We're Hiring: Senior Web Developer (WordPress + HubSpot + GHL + Custom Code + AI Chatbots)
About Ad Labs
Ad Labs is expanding rapidly and we're looking for a sharp, experienced, and resourceful Senior Web Developer to join our remote team.
This role is a unique mix of high-level web development, automation projects, and leading web-related solutions!
What You'll Work On:
You will be hands-on with web development and automation projects, including:
Web Development
- Developing, designing, and customizing WordPress websites.
- Writing clean, efficient, and scalable custom code (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Staying up-to-date with High-Level APIs, new features, plugins, integrations, and standards.
- Developing and integrating AI Chatbots across websites and landing pages.
- Building workflows, automations, and custom integrations.
- Managing HubSpot CRM & CMS.
- Creating workflows, automations, pipelines, and forms.
- API-based integrations between HubSpot and other platforms.
- Speed optimization, UX improvements, and troubleshooting.
- Conducting routine website audits, analysis, and post-launch performance.
- Working with the marketing, creative, and strategy team.
- Turning data into tactical, technical, conversion-focused assets.

Requirements
- Strong Expertise with GHL, HubSpot, WordPress, and AI Chatbots.
- Proven ability to work with custom code.
