SEO SPECIALIST - AGENCY SIDE

• 2+ years' experience in an SEO specialised role
• Hybrid role - 3 days in office in Abbotsford/Richmond area
• This role will require you to have very technical SEO skills
• We have a bulk of clients within eCommerce - CMS experience within this capacity will be essential - ideally Shopify/Shopify Plus
• Medium sized company - just under 30 employees
• Servicing enterprise clients, alongside SMB
• Salary ranging depending upon experience $75K-$100K+super

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a vital member of our team, you'll take the helm in client interactions, serving as their primary contact and ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will encompass the comprehensive management of SEO projects from inception to execution. This includes leading kickoff meetings, conducting thorough requirements analyses, overseeing development, rigorous testing, and ultimately ensuring successful launches.

But your contribution doesn't stop there. You'll be the driving force behind the ongoing success of our SEO campaigns, meticulously managing all campaign requirements such as link building, competitor analysis, technical fixes, outreach efforts, and compelling copywriting. Additionally, you'll be responsible for compiling comprehensive reports and conducting insightful data analysis to inform clients and shape strategic decisions.

Staying abreast of industry trends and developments will be essential, ensuring that our strategies remain innovative and effective. We're seeking individuals who are not just skilled professionals, but who embody creativity and adaptability in the fast-paced digital marketing landscape.

YOU WILL NEED...

• 2+ years' experience in an SEO specialised role
• Knowledge and experience across Technical SEO
• An understanding of UX and Design Principles and how they impact SEO
• eCommerce CMS management - ideally Shopify/Shopify Plus
• Previous experience in account management and client communications
• To be strategically inclined
• To be able to simplify technical SEO terminology/jargon when speaking with non-marketing stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communications skills - both written and verbal
