Marketing Operations Specialist

We're seeking a meticulous individual to join our Marketing team at our global HQ in Dubai. If you're not currently in Dubai, don't worry, relocation assistance is available.

What you will be doing:

• In charge of organizing and setting up promotional and development needs across all business sectors, such as announcements, emails, notifications, and more.
• Work very closely with the local teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
• Track and monitor important marketing performance metrics and provide suggestions for optimizing marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate:

• Proficiency in Mandarin communication is a requirement for this role.
• Familiar with workflow processes and ideally have experience in configuring promotions, including announcements, emails, push notifications, pop-ups, banners, etc.
• Proven track record of effectively managing numerous project management responsibilities simultaneously, highlighting a strong emphasis on meticulous attention to detail.
• Candidates with prior experience in the Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, and Web3 industries are preferred.
