We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Product Manager to join our fully remote team in Ireland. In this role, you will define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth.

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Monitor product performance using metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Lead product launches, including internal alignment and go-to-market planning
• Support continuous improvement through A/B testing, analytics, and iteration
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product decisions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in agile or scrum environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, Aha!, etc.)
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable solutions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Ireland with full working rights

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital product industries
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking
• Experience with data analysis, SQL, or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Background in managing B2B or B2C products
• Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and product performance metrics
