Business Development Manager - Web3, Blockchain, DeFi in SINGAPORE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal for developing and managing strategic partnerships within the DeFi, crypto, and NFT ecosystems. As the primary point of contact for institutional partnerships in the crypto native space, you will drive deal operations, new market initiatives, and contribute significantly to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships within the DeFi, crypto, and NFT ecosystems.
• Act as the primary liaison for institutional partnerships in the crypto space.
• Contribute to deal team operations and spearhead new market initiatives.
• Own all aspects of the partnership life cycle, including opportunity scoping, partner identification, value framing, agreement negotiation, and implementation optimization.
• Assist in developing and executing partnership strategies and tactics to support Bybit's growth.
• Independently lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, collaborating with product, finance, communications, compliance, legal, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a sales or business development role.
• Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, consensus protocols, and related areas.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, both internally and externally.
• Successful track record in negotiating a wide range of deal types.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and structured thinking.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly desirable.
