Senior Project Manager, IT & IoT Solutions (Relocation to Warsaw)

• To lead the deployment of smart parcel locker solutions that enhance convenience and sustainability in logistics and retail.

• Proven experience in managing IT and product deployment projects, preferably involving hardware and software integration.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for innovative technology and sustainable solutions.
•  Proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects focused on the deployment of smart parcel lockers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, IT, and logistics teams to develop and execute project timelines effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication and addressing project needs to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project health and manage competing priorities, employing high-level problem-solving skills.
• Engage with senior leadership to align project objectives with strategic goals and timelines, ensuring management support and resources.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to track project progress, enhance collaboration, and streamline workflows.
