We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee technology operations, manage IT infrastructure, and support digital initiatives in a fully remote environment. You will lead IT strategy, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological growth.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including networks, servers, hardware, and software
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments
• Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives
• Monitor and optimize IT performance and reliability
• Support end-users and provide guidance on technical issues
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budgets

• 3–7 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or related roles
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
• Experience leading technical teams and managing IT projects
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Must be based in Australia with full legal working rights

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
