Customer-Centric Innovation: We are reimagining what Customer Success in Financial Services should feel like. In a product experience built on trust and reliability, especially concerning lifetime savings, traditional ticket system experiences are becoming outdated. We are pioneering new methods to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Be part of a cross-functional team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, analysts) and moreover with the founders and senior management helping to ignite further growth of the company
• Build, test and ship features/products using modern tools such as Vue, Typescript, Jest, Webpack and WebSockets
• Proactively take responsibility for the long-term code quality and frontend architecture
• Participate in mentorship of more junior colleagues and set them up for success

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have developed and shipped scalable user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks
• You have a strong urge to deliver reliable and long-term maintainable software using development and continuous delivery
• You feel comfortable in an agile environment and have a self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach, and are able to identify and solve problems independently and efficiently
• You are passionate about building a modern financial system that redefines how people invest their money in today’s markets
• You have a proven track record of mentoring and onboarding team members
