We are expanding our team in the space sector to take on
Copernicus, the Earth Observation component of the European Union’s space programme.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team you will support the
data processing engineering activities of the EUMETSAT ground segments for the Copernicus satellites. Your main tasks would include:
- Development, maintenance and evolution of data processing systems and applications
- System engineering of Level 1 and Level 2 processing as regards interfaces, processing frameworks, infrastructure and S/W releases preparation
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for
engineers with
experience in data processing (Level-0, Level-1 and Level-2)
of meteorological or earth observation satellites. Experience with the data processing of the Galileo Mission Segment is also valuable.
If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have experience in:
- Integration, verification and validation of data processing systems and/or processors for space applications, including generation of test plan, test specification, procedures and test reports for end-to-end processing chains
- Bash and Python scripting
- Writing technical documentations
We will also value knowledge of ECSS standards.
