About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic IT Technical Recruiters to join our team on a fully remote basis. This growth opportunity is ideal for individuals driven by enthusiasm, relationship building, and goal-oriented outcomes. As a Technical Recruiter at Genesis10, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and preparing top-tier diverse talent for a variety of client engagements. You will work closely with our clients, which include both large corporations and startups, supporting high-volume VMS/MSP programs (such as Fieldglass, Pontoon, Beeline) as well as retail accounts focused on consulting and permanent placements. Your role will involve leveraging multiple sourcing platforms, building meaningful relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with client expectations and organizational goals. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a background with 1-3 years of IT staffing experience, demonstrating strong sourcing capabilities across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, and ATS databases. Proficiency in Boolean logic and experience working in a metrics-driven environment are essential. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, enabling them to build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates and clients alike. Organizational skills are critical to effectively plan daily and weekly tasks, ensuring timely updates within Genesis10 systems. Experience with Job Diva is considered a plus, but not mandatory. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Recruiter at Genesis10, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and identifying qualified IT candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and ATS databases. You will conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, preparing them for client interviews and assignments. Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline is essential to meet the demands of high-volume VMS/MSP programs and other client needs. You will also manage candidate communications, provide timely updates to clients, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Collaborating with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions is vital. Additionally, maintaining accurate records within Genesis10’s systems and consistently striving to meet or exceed recruitment metrics are integral parts of your role.
