Project Quality Manager for a Tennet 2GW substation

Responsibilities

  • Assistant to project managers in quality related matters
  • Ensure interface coordination between all stakeholders
  • Ensure application of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), especially under consideration of Offshore specific requirements
  • Follow-up Project Key Indicators, set up action plans to be back on track in case of deviations
  • Manage Non-conformity for the project, including coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal partners
  • Perform RCA and Non-conformance management, inclusive of 8D and standard tools DMAIC, 5 why, fishbone, pareto methods
  • Animate the Continuous improvement actions for the project, including Lessons Learned
  • Perform Internal Audits
  • Manage Customer complaints until full resolution
  • Manage Customer surveys including call back and improvement plan
  • Participate into Project Reviews incl Engineering and Procurement gate reviews.
  • Support the Equipment Quality Leader into the Auditing and surveillance of subcontractor activities, validation of quality plans from suppliers

Requirements

  • Some experience of a Leading quality activities in EPC Project
  • Knowledge and experience of processes for ISO9001, ISO15288 is a plus
  • Audit ability both internal and second party audits ISO9001 only is appreciated
  • IT tool skills - Microsoft office, document control systems, non-conformance management systems, SAP, or similar.
  • Degree in Engineering discipline or similar based on experience
  • Good communicator and influencer
  • English is a must, minimal German skills is required or readiness to learn, fluent in German is a strong plus.
