We are seeking a knowledgeable, solution-oriented Technology Consultant to help clients leverage technology to improve operations, modernize systems, and achieve business goals. You will work directly with customers, understand their needs, and design practical, impactful technology solutions—all within a fully remote environment.

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and technology requirements
• Conduct assessments, identify gaps, and recommend tailored solutions
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of technical systems
• Provide advisory guidance on digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, or software tools
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and project teams to deliver solutions
• Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and client presentations
• Guide clients through change management and best practices
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and insights

• 2–5 years of experience in technology consulting, IT services, or solution-focused technical roles
• Strong understanding of modern technologies, platforms, and digital tools
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Understanding of project lifecycles, system integration, or technical design
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Must be based in Australia with full working rights

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, or API integrations
• Background in business analysis or technical project management
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data analytics, or automation tools
