Full Stack Software Engineer
Full-time On-site (San Francisco, CA) $175K$220K + Equity
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with the forward-deployed team to understand how customers currently interact with the platform and use those insights to strengthen the flagship workflow-management product.
- Build interfaces that leverage cutting-edge computer-use models in real-world applications.
- Develop intuitive, user-friendly UX that simplifies complex business automation processes for both technical and non-technical users.
- Influence engineering best practices, help shape product direction, and contribute to a world-class culture within a fast-growing team.
- Recently raised an (unannounced) $16M Series A from top-tier investors, following a strong Seed round.
- Highly collaborative and complementary team that values diverse backgrounds and fun, engaging individuals.
- Operating in a massive market (RPA), with significant demonstrated value to users and strong growth potential.
- SaaS business with a usage-based revenue model and plans to scale aggressively into later funding stages.

Compensation & Details
- Salary: $175K$220K
- Equity: 0.05%0.25%
- Visa Sponsorship: Available for select candidates (H1B not available at this time)
- Work Policy: On-site, 5 days per week (San Francisco Mission district)
- Initial Hiring Manager Screen (45 minutes)
- CTO Screen (3045 minutes)
- Final Onsite (34 hours)
- Hiring count: 6
- Guarantee period: 90 days
