Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

Transportvibe, a growing auto-transport review & media platform in the USA, is looking for a full-time

Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and content operations. This is a fully remote position with long-term growth and daily collaboration with our team.

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
• Occasionally extended until 8:00 PM depending on workload
• Monday to Friday (Saturday only when required)

• Assist with daily digital marketing tasks across all platforms
• Support SEO activities including uploading content, adding meta details, optimizing pages, and internal linking
• Coordinate social media posting, scheduling, and basic content updates
• Manage UTM tracking, GA4 basic tasks, and reporting support
• Upload, organize, and manage creative assets
• Assist in outreach tasks (guest posts, PR submissions, backlinks)
• Communicate closely with the project manager via ClickUp and email
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to provided guidelines

• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content workflows)
• Good English communication
• Familiarity with WordPress or any CMS is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be online during working hours and responsive
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
