What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Monitor network activity for anomalies and potential security threats across multiple systems
• Perform in-depth investigations of security incidents, including intrusion detection and analysis
• Execute incident containment, mitigation, and recovery processes according to established protocols
• Develop and maintain incident response runbooks, playbooks, and documentation reflecting lessons learned
• Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity incident response or related roles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including intrusion detection, incident response, and threat intelligence
• Proficiency with industry-standard security detection tools and analysis techniques
• Critical thinking and ability to make decisions under high-pressure situations
• Eligibility to work in the United States with the ability to pass background and security checks
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Preferred experience with CISCO security tools and familiarity with state/federal incident response guidelines
