Who we’re looking for:

A passionate, experienced Head of QA who can lead a team, drive quality, and shape our product future.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of ~20 QA engineers (including 6 Tech Leads)
  • Define and execute QA strategy for all our products
  • Continuously improve QA processes and documentation
  • Hire, train, and mentor new team members
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and coverage
  • Coordinate with dev teams & stakeholders to align quality goals
  • Track and report on QA metrics
  • Build individual development plans for your team

What we need from you:

  • Deep experience in QA (manual + automated testing)
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Proven leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage deadlines, pressure & challenge
