Job Description
A leader in the iGaming industry is looking for a data-driven and creative Chief Marketing Officer to lead all marketing efforts, including traffic acquisition, affiliate marketing, SEO, and PPC. This is a leadership role with direct responsibility for multi-channel growth strategy, leading global teams and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and brand expansion within the iGaming space.
What you will be doing:
• Own the marketing strategy across all channels: digital, affiliate, SEO, PPC, and CRM.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
• Lead and mentor a global marketing team.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
What you bring to the table:
• Deep experience in iGaming marketing, especially in traffic generation.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing tech stacks.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking.
• Must have direct experience in the iGaming industry.
Please note that this position is on-site and requires relocation to Sofia with provided company support.
