We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Consultant to support our clients with technical solutions, system improvements, and strategic IT guidance. In this role, you will assess business needs, troubleshoot technical issues, implement systems, and deliver recommendations that enhance operational efficiency.
You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless delivery of IT services while contributing to ongoing technology optimisation and innovation across the organisation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Provide technical consulting and support to clients across various IT systems
- Assess business needs and recommend suitable technology solutions
- Assist with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT tools and platforms
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Develop documentation, reports, and technical guides for clients
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects
- Support process improvements and promote technology best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, consulting, or systems administration
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments
- Experience with common enterprise tools (Windows, macOS, Office 365, networking systems, etc.)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be based in Australia with full working rights
