We’re a fast-growing Product studio (14 people right now) building high-impact products for startups across DeFi, AI, gaming, tokenization, e-commerce, and more. We ship fast, we move fast, and we work with founders who expect excellence.

We’re looking for hungry, high-output Full-Stack Developers who can think independently, adapt quickly, and use AI tools to ship at 2–3× the speed of a traditional developer - ideally in Eastern Europe (Uzbekistan,

Kazakhstan, Romania, Georgia, Armenia, etc.)

This is NOT a corporate environment.

No bureaucracy. No micromanagement. Full ownership.

As long as you're delivering on time, you can structure your day however you want (we only require 8 working hours between 9am–9pm CEST).

What the Role Looks Like

This is a build fast, build clean, build smart kind of role. You’ll work across multiple industries, new technologies, and rapid product cycles — every week brings something new.

You Will:

• Build modern frontends using React/Next.js with clean architecture and smooth UX.
• Convert Figma designs (including animations) into polished, responsive interfaces.
• Architect and develop backends in Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, or Nest.js.
• Work with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Integrate APIs, optimize performance, and maintain clean code structure.
• Ship features quickly while using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, GPT-Engineer, etc.) to accelerate development.
• Jump between projects and solve a wide range of problems across different industries.
• Work closely with our designers, PMs, and founders to deliver end-to-end products.
• Collaborate in GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Vercel to maintain smooth dev workflows.

Hard Skills (Must-Haves)

• Strong ReactJS/NextJS skills
• → You must be able to turn Figma files into components with smooth interactions.
• → Experience with shadcn/ui or similar libraries is a plus.
• Strong backend experience with:
• → Next.js API routes
• → Node.js / Express.js / Nest.js
• → MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with core dev tools:
• → GitHub, Vercel, Slack, Notion.

Nice-to-Have Skills

(Not required — we can teach you — but they make you stand out.)

• Web3 fundamentals:
• → ethers.js / wagmi / web3modal
• → Wallet integrations (MetaMask, Rainbow, Coinbase Wallet)
• Basic Solidity knowledge:
• Deploying, verifying, and testing simple smart contracts.
• Experience with animations, transitions, and high-quality UI polish.
• Experience building dashboards, integrations, SaaS products, or dApps.

Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong written and verbal English. (Spanish is a plus.)
• Positive energy and a genuinely great attitude — we only hire A-players.
• Fast learner; you can figure things out, unblock yourself, and adapt quickly.
