Software Engineer (PLM - PTC Windchill) (Remote)

We are seeking a Software Engineer (PLM - PTC Windchill) to join a leading global aerospace company. In this role, you will support the configuration, development and deployment for the Enterprise Parts Registry (EPR) and Enterprise PLM system using PTC Windchill.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role, and this is a remote role in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the configuration, development and deployment for the Enterprise Parts Registry (EPR) and Enterprise PLM system using PTC Windchill.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of overall software development.
• Must have some experience with PLM (PTC Windchill preferred, secondary Dassault 3DX Enovia or Siemens TeamCenter).
• Programming/scripting skills with an object-oriented language (Java, C/C++, Python, SQL, C#, PHP).
• Installation, Administration, Upgrade, Integration, Configuration, Performance Tuning experience of PLM software tools (PTC Windchill preferred, secondary Dassault 3DX Enovia or Siemens TeamCenter).
• Experience working in an Agile software development product team.
• Experience with integrating PLM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP or MES and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) applications.
• PTC Windchill/ ThingWorx/ CREO support experience.
• REST/Odata Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree
  
  

Desired Skills

• Full Stack Engineering/DevSecOps including use of continuous Integration and deployment (CI/CD) process and tools.
• Linux and Windows Administration experience.
• Advanced Level Experience with PTC Windchill Products.
• Knowledge and experience with the Aerospace and Defense business.
• RDBMS experience - Oracle and/or SQLServer.
• Business Process Improvement Experience

Compensation: $140 - $170/hr
