Job Description

Senior Manager, Human Resources (Remote)

The Las Olas Network LLC | Behavioral Health | HR Leadership | Early-Stage Buildout

About the Company

Our client is a newly formed, PE-backed behavioral health platform partnered with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to expand access to Intensive Outpatient (IOP) behavioral health services in underserved communities. By embedding care directly within FQHC ecosystems, the organization accelerates access, improves retention, and reduces behavioral-health–related inpatient admissions—creating measurable value for patients, payors, and community health partners.

The company is in an early but meaningful stage of growth, offering the rare opportunity to build a complete HR function from the ground up.
