This role is critical in supporting business continuity while driving continuous improvement initiatives within our automation capability. The successful applicant will be proactive, analytical, and able to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.

Due to customer request and GDPR issues, we are looking for candidates based in EU Countries ONLY.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support, monitoring, and maintenance of live Blue Prism processes, objects, and environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues in a timely and structured manner.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand issues and implement effective solutions and enhancements.
Manage and support Blue Prism environments including releases, scheduling, and environment configuration.
Ensure adherence to established governance, security, and compliance frameworks across all RPA implementations.
Maintain detailed technical documentation including solution configurations, support logs, fixes, and change requests.
Participate in root cause analysis and proactively recommend improvements to enhance automation stability and resilience.
Support development and deployment activities including testing, version control, and release management.
Monitor automation performance and utilisation, ensuring alignment to SLAs and operational requirements.
Stay updated with Blue Prism platform upgrades, patches, and best practices, advising on optimisation opportunities.
Experience
Proven experience in an RPA support, maintenance, or production operations role, ideally within a large or complex environment.
Strong hands-on expertise with Blue Prism, including process debugging, control room management, release management, and object maintenance.
Knowledge of RPA delivery frameworks, development standards, and operational governance models.
Understanding of software production support processes including incident, change, and problem management.
Experience with SQL databases, system integrations, and API-based communication is advantageous.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Python is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Previous exposure to mentoring junior team members or contributing to capability development is desirable.
