As an artist, you will be responsible for creating various cosmetic elements for characters and weapons released in seasonal passes. You should be an experienced and skilled professional who can guarantee the creation of prime quality assets that can work in a dynamic environment with an open mindset for providing solutions and excellence.

As a 2D Artist, you will:
Develop and deliver concepts and in-game assets following art direction within technical requirements
Participate actively in establishing benchmarks in technical and visual quality and optimal cost of effort
Collaborate with team members in a constant effort to improve overall quality
Set ambitious personal goals to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines
Adapt to art direction requirements on styles and pipelines required for the mandate
Act as an example and be a role model for your peers
Create, and not be limited to: hard surface assets and concepts such as armor, weapons, vehicles and organic objects
Create assets with thorough attention to game technical requirements
Create in various styles, from realistic to stylized
Use adaptive techniques to achieve the style target efficiently (2D and 3D tools)
Requirements
Concept skills for objects and/or characters
Familiar with military style;
Experience with skin conception and creation (specifically guns, accessories and outfits)
Knowledge of texture creation and restrictions
Understanding of requirements related to creating realistic in-game weapons and equipment
Possess organization skills;
A keen attention to detail is essential
Proficient in Photoshop
An ability to follow and correctly interpret/improve direction into concept;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, proactiveness, and desire to learn, teach, and share;
Intermediate level of English, in reading and speaking
