We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain smooth IT operations across the organization. You will help troubleshoot issues, support users, and ensure the reliability of our systems in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support setup and management of accounts, permissions, and devices.
• Maintain system performance, documentation, and IT standards.
• Assist with IT upgrades, deployments, and security best practices.

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and IT protocols.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Ireland with the legal right to work full-time.
