Senior SDET/QA Automation Engineer - Linux-Based Solutions

A global product company with over 14 years of experience building high-load Linux-based solutions for hosting and cybersecurity is looking for an experienced Senior SDET/QA Automation Engineer.

Their technologies run on 500,000+ servers worldwide, trusted by major hosting providers and tech companies like Dell, GoDaddy, and 1&1. The fully remote team includes 250+ engineers across the globe.

The company is known for its strong engineering culture and deep focus on systems programming, DevOps, and security.

You will work with a security system for servers that uses machine learning and multiple layers of protection against attacks, viruses, and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the automated testing system
• Ensuring test stability and performance
• Developing and maintaining new tests for Linux-based OS
• Maintaining and improving CI/CD
• Diving deep to find problems in the product/tests
• Communicating with development teams to establish fast and reliable testing and release processes
• Keeping test system documentation up to date
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Development in Test experience using Python
• 4+ years of experience with Python (main programming language)
• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation
• Commercial, very strong hands-on experience with Linux
• Commercial experience with supporting/creating CI/CD pipelines
• English B2+
