About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Systems Analyst with strong expertise supporting HR/Payroll systems. This role focuses on ensuring security across PeopleSoft HCM, MuleSoft integrations, AWS cloud components, and various HR/Payroll data processing workflows.
Must-Have Qualifications✔ 7+ years as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst working with HR/Payroll systems
✔ Strong hands-on PeopleSoft HCM Security experience
✔ 7+ years (recent) experience with PeopleSoft + MuleSoft stack for security analysis:
- Batch processing
- API integrations
- Connectors
- Integration Broker
- ✔ AWS Cloud security experience
- ✔ Pathlock integration experience
- ✔ Proven experience identifying & documenting security risks
- ✔ Experience implementing security controls and validating compliance
- ✔ Experience participating in solution design, updates, and functional change reviews
- Identify, assess, and document security risks
- Ensure required security controls are properly implemented
- Validate adherence to cyber-security processes & standards
- Support audits, incident response, and security reviews
- Provide security input during functional change cycles
- Prepare and deliver security status reports
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure system operations
