Job Description
**The Opportunity**
Engineerica Systems is a U.S.-based software development company seeking a talented Mobile App Developer to join our team.
You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of our mobile apps—from concept and design to implementation, maintenance, testing, and optimization. While your core work will be in Flutter, your ability to dive into our existing native iOS and Android codebases will be highly valued.
The role is fully remote with an annual in-person developer meeting held in Turkey.
**Responsibilities**
- Convert existing native iOS and Android apps to Flutter to reduce maintenance overhead.
- Maintain existing apps.
- Perform full life-cycle development
- Work with backend engineers to obtain the necessary APIs for feature integration.
- Adhere to agreed upon delivery schedules
- Utilize source control, continuous integration, and unit testing best practices
- Work cross-functionally to define and write code for new features
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in professional app development.
- Strong experience with Flutter.
- (Preferred): Native experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Intermediate level and above).
- Good team player who is self-motivated and is productive even when not supervised.
Compensation
We pay monthly in US$. The pay depends on your qualifications. The Pay range for this position is US $2,500 to $3,300 monthly. If you are qualified and interested, please send us a copy of your CV in English for consideration.
