Marketing Manager - Liturgical Goods

About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy for F.C. Ziegler Co. / C.M. Almy as we enter our next phase of growth.

For nearly a century, our family-owned company has served the Church by manufacturing and providing the finest liturgical goods—from sacred vessels to vestments. With nine retail locations, a manufacturing footprint in OK and ME, and a growing e-commerce platform, we are uniquely positioned to serve Catholic and Christian communities across the nation.

The Mission: We are looking for a steward for our brand. This role offers real ownership: driving digital campaigns, leading a team, and shaping our narrative. You will report directly to company leadership, investing heavily in modern capabilities—AI tools, automation, and data-driven strategies—while honoring the craftsmanship that defines us.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience: 4+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years of leadership/management.
• Digital Fluency: Strong command of SEO/SEM, social media, email flows, and PPC.
• Innovation: Experience utilizing AI-driven marketing tools to scale efficiency.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Catholic traditions and liturgical practices is highly preferred to effectively serve our core clientele.

Schedule & Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day shift
• Travel: Occasional travel required for trade shows and site visits.
• Location: In-office in Tulsa, OK (Relocation assistance is negotiable).
